Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We were mostly home for the holidays this year, but we had a good time. Patricia made some Brazilian treats and we listened to some Christmas music to get in the right mood. We ate and delivered goodies to neighbors. Everything turned out really well. There were dulce de leche pastries, three types of mousse (chocolate, lime and passionfruit) in cups and little pie crusts, caramelized grapes, pão de queijo (cheese bread) and some tube-shaped potato and rice patties that had garlic/onion/chive seasonings.
We were simply having a wonderful Christmas time with these foods.
Above you can see a sample of the plates we gave to some friends.
Christmas trees: real or fake? Santa Claus came to town.

We hope you all had a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!
